Shari Designs operates Monday-Friday, from 10AM-9PM EST.

Shari Designs is closed on weekends, and all major holidays. No communication will be done outside of those business hours.

​The general design proof turnaround time is 12-21 business days, depending on workload at time of order.

For branding packages, websites, and larger projects, design turnaround is 6-8 business weeks. If needed, upon availability, I offer a rush design turnaround for an additional fee, on certain services.

Once the initial design proofs are sent over, if any revisions are requested, those revised designs get sent over within 5-7 business days.

​For print orders, once the designs are finalized, the files get sent to the printing company that Shari Designs, LLC vendors with, and the production time is generally 7-15 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email.

Text-Based Logos are logos made up of entirely text/fonts. Text-Based logos are generally more memorable due to the simplistic style and layout.

Image-Based Logos are logos designed with text/fonts, along with a graphic that illustrates your brand / business.

Yes, you do own your logo after it is finalized! However, we retain ownership of the original file (.psd) unless purchased.

Logo / Branding files are sent over in pdf, png, and jpg formats. Print files are sent over in pdf format. Photoshop PSD files are available for an additional fee. .AI files are available upon request.

We design websites on the Shopify and Wix platforms.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL PAYMENTS MADE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Once a payment has been made, the sale is final. If a project is started and partial work has already been received by the client and they choose to cancel, the partial or full payment that has been paid will not be refunded. If for any reason the client no longer wants or cancels services, no payment shall be refunded, and it then becomes forfeited by the client.
